Communicate with customers, carriers, and drivers regarding loads
Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time pick-up, and delivery
Resolve transportation issues and provide timely updates to customer
Enter and maintain accurate data-entry in the system
Assist with load planning and daily brokerage operations
