Requirements:

— 6 months to 1 year of experience in transportation safety
— Knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations
— Strong communication and organizational skills
— Ability to work responsibly in a fast-paced environment

Main focus areas:

— Insurance and claims handling
— Post-accident management
— Safety compliance support

What you will do:

— Support the hiring and onboarding process
— Issue COIs to brokers and lessors
— Manage post-accident processes with drivers, adjusters, and towing companies
— Conduct Previous Employment Verification
— Assist with permits and compliance documentation
— Work with MCS-150, SMS Monitoring, DataQ, and Safety Audit Support
— Assist with citation, ticket disputes, and inspection reviews
