Senior Fleet Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate truck maintenance records and service history.

• Ensure compliance with DOT inspection requirements.

• Coordinate with repair shops and service providers.

• Communicate with drivers regarding maintenance issues and repair updates.

• Monitor and manage truck maintenance and repair schedules to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in fleet management, maintenance coordination, or a related field.

• Good understanding of truck maintenance processes and DOT inspection requirements.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work with multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Fluent in English and Russian.
