About the Position:
DN EXPRESS is looking for an HR Specialist to support the recruitment of qualified CDL drivers and assist with daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers

Conduct driver interviews and background checks

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Maintain candidate records

Assist with onboarding new employees
Candidate Requirements:

At least 6 months of HR or recruitment experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsible and detail-oriented

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage
