Responsibilities:

Recruit dispatchers, load coordinators, tracking/updater specialists, and billing specialists

Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process

Organize onboarding and orientation for new employees

Monitor employee attendance and punctuality
-
Prepare and manage work schedules and shift rotations
-
Track overtime, bonuses, commissions, and employee benefits
-
Maintain leave balances, attendance records, and HR documentation
-
Support HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:

1-2 years of HR experience

Previous experience in Human Resources

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
