Position: HR / Recruiter
Location: Tashkent
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Salary: Fixed salary + bonus per hire (unlimited earning potential)
Fleet: Unlimited trucks
Job Responsibilities:

Contact and hire CDL drivers

Conduct driver interviews and background checks

Build and maintain relationships with driving schools and agencies

Communicate effectively in English and Russian
Requirements:

Male or Female

Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or HR

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
