Job Responsibilities:

• Contact and hire CDL drivers

• Conduct driver interviews and background checks

• Build and maintain relationships with driving schools and agencies

• Communicate effectively in English and Russian

Requirements:

• Male or Female

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruiting or HR

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
