We are looking for a HR / Driver Relations Specialist who can communicate with drivers, understand their problems, and build strong long-term relationships with them.
Requirements:
7+ months of relevant work experience
Fluent English, C1 level
Advanced English speaking skills
Good English pronunciation
Female candidates only
No remote work
Responsible approach to work
Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
Communicating with drivers
Understanding and handling drivers’ problems
Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with drivers
Supporting drivers with daily work-related questions
Keeping communication clear and professional
