Requirements
- Experience: Min. 3 years in U.S. CDL driver recruitment, including 1+ year managing a team
- Fluent English (C1 preferred, B2+ mandatory) 🗣
- Proven track record of hiring OTR CDL-A drivers with verifiable monthly numbers 📈
- Experience leading, coaching, and holding a recruiting team accountable to KPIs 👥
- Deep knowledge of U.S. driver market: pay packages, lease vs company, owner-operator models 🚛
- Ability to build and manage sourcing channels, ad campaigns, and referral programs 📢
- Data-driven: tracks cost per hire, lead-to-hire conversion, and no-show rates 📊
- Gender: Any

- 3500 USD (Base+KPI) exact amount will be discussed on the interview
Schedule
- Main shift: 5:00 pm - 2:00 am Monday to Saturday
