Job Details
A trucking company is looking for an experienced Head Dispatcher who can manage dispatching processes and maintain strong performance results.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatching
Long-term experience in trucking and dispatch operations
Ability to maintain more than $10,000 gross
Ability to maintain minimum $2.7 per mile
Strong communication skills
Responsible and result-oriented approach to work
Male candidates only
Responsibilities:
Managing dispatching processes
Working to maintain strong gross and rate per mile results
Coordinating daily dispatch operations
Communicating with drivers, brokers, and team members
Monitoring load performance and daily work processes
Keeping dispatching information accurate and up to date
