Fleet Department Specialist

Citifuel LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet Department Specialist to develop and manage our nationwide service network. The role focuses on building strong partnerships with repair shops, optimizing pricing structures, and ensuring seamless operational coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Expansion

• Identify and source new repair shops through cold outreach, warm leads, and referrals

• Conduct outreach calls and present partnership opportunities

• Develop and maintain a strong nationwide vendor and service network

Shop Onboarding

• Collect and verify shop information, including contacts, services, and pricing

• Standardize pricing according to company guidelines

• Manage and update data in CRM systems (Zoho or similar)

• Guide partners through onboarding stages from lead to active partner

Pricing and Negotiation

• Negotiate labor rates, service fees, discounts, and partnership terms

• Secure rebate agreements and long-term cooperation conditions

• Ensure consistent and competitive pricing across the network

Communication and Coordination

• Establish and manage communication channels (e.g., Telegram groups)

• Coordinate closely with Fleet and Sales departments regarding new partners

• Provide accurate and timely updates to internal teams

Network Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing partner workshops

• Monitor service quality, performance, and pricing compliance

• Conduct regular follow-ups and resolve operational issues

Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar)

• Understanding of truck maintenance services is a plus

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• English: IELTS 7+

• Russian: C1 level
