Fuel Department Specialist

Globe Transportation is seeking an analytical, proactive Fuel Department Specialist to take full ownership of our fleet's fuel economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Fuel Routing & Stop Planning
• Direct fleet volume to preferred national networks (Love's, Pilot Flying J, TA-Petro) to secure and maintain maximum volume-tier discounts.
• Idle Time & APU Management
• Card Security & Fraud Prevention
• Reefer & DEF Control

Requirements

• 1+ years in Fuel Department in US trucking operations.
• Strong knowledge of US interstate freight corridors, major truck stop networks, and IFTA tax mechanics.
• Experience auditing telematics data (Samsara, Motive, or similar ELD systems).
• Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (cost variance, transaction audits).
• Professional English (written and verbal) to direct drivers clearly and assertively.
