About the Position:
53 Group is looking for a Fleet Specialist (PTI) to join our Fleet team. In this role, you will ensure that drivers complete pre-trip inspections on time, identify potential vehicle issues, and help keep the fleet safe, compliant, and ready for the road.
Key Responsibilities:

Guide drivers through daily Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI).

Review inspection photos and reports to identify defects or missing information.

Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance team and follow up until resolved.

Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare regular reports.

Monitor PTI completion and ensure compliance with company standards.

Communicate professionally with drivers and internal departments.
Requirements:

Previous experience in US trucking (Fleet, Dispatch, PTI, or a related position) is preferred.

Good command of English.

Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.

Confident computer skills.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
