Job Details
We are looking for a responsible and organized Fleet Coordinator to support daily fleet operations and ensure trucks and trailers remain safe, operational, and properly documented.
Requirements
- Experience: Less than 1 year
- Gender: Male
- Fluent Russian and English is a must
Tasks
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and roadside assistance
- Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and service providers
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, expenses, and vehicle documents
- Follow up on equipment issues until they are fully resolved
- Prepare daily fleet updates and reports for management
