Job Details
Grand Carriers LLC is looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to manage truck and trailer conditions, maintenance, repairs, and fleet-related issues.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of relevant Fleet experience
Basic knowledge of semi-trucks and flatbed trailers
Fluent Russian and strong English
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good computer skills, including Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Willingness to handle urgent after-hours issues
Responsibilities:
Monitor truck and trailer status
Coordinate breakdowns, repairs, and roadside assistance
Communicate with drivers and repair shops
Track maintenance and repair history
Monitor PTI reports, photos, and videos
Find reliable and cost-effective repair shops
Maintain accurate fleet records
Keep management updated on fleet status and ongoing issues
Conditions:
Main and After-hours shifts available
Office-based work in Tashkent, Skver
Salary will be discussed during the interview
