  • Track trucks and trailers, including PM schedules, tires, inspections and DOT paperwork.

  • Record all incidents and updates to ensure nothing is missed between shifts.

You will work according to US hours, not Uzbekistan hours.

Monday through Friday.

Please specify which shift you prefer when applying. If this schedule does not fit your lifestyle, please do not apply. We are looking for reliable candidates interested in staying with the company long-term.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Ability to communicate confidently with American drivers by phone.

  • Technical or mechanical background in diesel, automotive, heavy equipment or transportation maintenance.

  • Confident computer skills, including working with parts catalogs, supplier websites, spreadsheets and communication tools.

  • Patience and the ability to remain calm when dealing with drivers in stressful situations.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical problems clearly and concisely.

  • Reliable internet connection and a backup solution for power outages.

  • A quiet place suitable for taking calls.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in US trucking, dispatch or a US logistics company.

  • Knowledge of trailers, air brakes or car hauler equipment.

  • Experience working with fleet management or maintenance software.

We Offer:

  • $750 USD per month, paid monthly.

  • Long-term employment with a stable US trucking company.

  • Training on our equipment, systems and processes.

  • Opportunity to grow with the company as the fleet expands.
