Fleet Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a Fleet Specialist to help keep our customers' trucks moving across the United States. You will coordinate repairs, communicate with repair shops and drivers, negotiate costs, and ensure trucks return to the road as quickly as possible.
No previous trucking background is required. We provide training and practical experience from day one.
Responsibilities:

Coordinate truck and trailer repairs across the US, from the driver's initial call to the unit returning to the road.

Find repair shops near the breakdown location, contact them, obtain quotes, and negotiate pricing and turnaround times.

Keep drivers, dispatchers, and customers updated on repair status and estimated completion times.

Record repair cases in the company system, including shop details, costs, parts, invoices, and resolution notes.

Track preventive maintenance and inspection schedules.

Report downtime, delays, and cost-related issues to the team.
Requirements:

3+ months of experience in trucking or logistics is preferred; candidates without experience are welcome.

Fluent English for daily phone communication with US repair shops, plus Russian.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail when working with costs, unit numbers, and timelines.

Ability to work night shifts and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
