WE ARE HIRING - FLEET SPECIALIST

Work Arrangement: Office-based only (no remote work)
Attendance: Punctual daily arrival required

We are looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join our trucking company office and manage daily fleet operations.
Responsibilities:
Full control of fleet operations
Managing drivers and truck schedules
Monitoring truck maintenance and breakdown response
Ensuring driver compliance and proper organization
Quick resolution of operational issues
Coordination with dispatch and safety teams
Maintaining smooth and efficient daily operations
Requirements:
Strong communication and management skills
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented personality
Problem-solving mindset
Previous experience in fleet, logistics, or transport operations is an advantage
