Fleet Specialist

Location: Almazar District, Tashkent

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fleet maintenance operations, coordinating repairs, and ensuring that all trucks and trailers remain compliant, safe, and operational.

Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance for trucks and trailers

• Monitor the condition and performance of fleet equipment

• Coordinate repairs, breakdown assistance, and maintenance activities

• Communicate and work closely with repair shops and service vendors

• Track registrations, permits, inspections, and other compliance requirements

• Monitor tire condition, brake systems, and overall equipment status

• Ensure fleet records are maintained accurately and updated regularly

Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and equipment management

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities efficiently

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
