Job Details
We are looking for a responsible and fast-learning Fleet Assistant to support our daily fleet operations in the U.S. trucking industry.
Responsibilities
Monitor truck and trailer status
Communicate with drivers regarding equipment issues
Coordinate truck maintenance and repairs
Follow up with repair shops and service providers
Track preventive maintenance and inspection deadlines
Monitor truck availability and out-of-service units
Assist with breakdown and roadside service situations
Maintain fleet records and documentation
Update truck/unit information in internal systems
Coordinate with Dispatch, Safety, ELD, and Accounting
Track repairs, invoices, and maintenance history
Assist with truck assignments, swaps, and equipment changes
Prepare daily fleet status updates
Requirements
5–6 months of Fleet experience
Basic understanding of U.S. trucking operations
Knowledge of truck maintenance and fleet processes
Good English communication skills
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience with Google Sheets / Excel is preferred
