About the Position:
53 Group is looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join its team. You will keep the company's trucks running: monitor equipment, coordinate with drivers, and make sure maintenance and documentation are always up to date.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle status.
• Communicate with drivers on schedules, assignments, and issues.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs, follow up until resolved.
• Keep fleet records and documentation updated on TMS.
• Prepare reports for the Fleet department.
• Guide drivers through daily pre-trip inspections (PTI).
• Review inspection photos and reports, spot defects.
Requirements:
• 6+ month of experience in fleet maintenance in US trucking preferred.
• Good command of English, Russian.
• Attention to detail and responsibility.
• Confident computer skills.
• Proper CV with proof of working experience.
