- IELTS 7.0 minimum (Speaking ≥ 7.0)
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong MS Excel & Google Sheets skills
- Knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail
- Finance or accounting experience required
