- Communicated with drivers to obtain real-time location updates and ETAs
- Provided shipment updates to dispatchers, brokers, and customers
- Maintained accurate load information in the transportation management system (TMS)
- Reported delays and resolved delivery issues by coordinating with drivers and dispatch
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in TRUCKING UPDATE Department is must!
