Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage ELD-related information and driver logs
- Review drivers’ hours of service (HOS) and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
- Identify and report log violations, discrepancies, and technical issues
- Communicate with drivers regarding ELD-related questions and corrections
- Maintain accurate records and update information in internal systems
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to resolve ELD-related issues
- Monitor ELD status and assist with troubleshooting when necessary
- Prepare regular reports and provide accurate information to the relevant departments
- Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality of operational information
