Job Details
Responsibilities:
Sourcing, negotiating, and booking high-paying loads via DAT, Truckstop, and direct broker relationships.
Managing all requirements for SD and reefer units.
Tracking loads 24/7, providing timely updates to brokers, and coordinating delivery appointments/lumpers.
Route planning, monitoring driver Hours of Service (HOS), and minimizing empty deadhead miles.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ year
ISHNI YORVORAMAN!! - degan candidates!
Deep knowledge of US freight lanes, seasonal SD and reefer markets (produce/meat runs), and reefer detention/layover management.
Ability to handle high-pressure operational situations and problem-solve on the fly.
Salary: during interview
Dry Van experience is a plus
