Dry Van Dispatcher

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Dry Van Dispatcher to join our team. This is a full-time office position for a motivated professional with hands-on dispatching experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Dry Van loads and coordinate daily dispatch operations.

• Work with load boards, including DAT and Truckstop.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers.

• Negotiate loads and rates effectively.

• Coordinate with drivers and ensure efficient load management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of Dry Van dispatching experience.

• Previous dispatching experience is required.

• Good knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, and broker relations.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to manage drivers and loads efficiently.

• English proficiency is an advantage.
