Dry Van Dispatcher

Globe Transportation is looking for an experienced Dry Van Dispatcher to join our growing team. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with strong market knowledge, established broker relationships, and the ability to maximize profitability and truck utilization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Source and book high-yield regional loops, triangles, and backhauls for a dedicated fleet of company trucks

• Negotiate with brokers to secure spot and contract freight that consistently meets or exceeds company RPM benchmarks

• Monitor market conditions and identify profitable freight opportunities

• Maintain strong relationships with brokers and ensure efficient load planning

• Maximize truck utilization while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of Dry Van dispatching experience

• Proven lanes and broker relationships with the ability to keep trucks loaded from Day One

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain KPI performance in the current market and take advantage of market opportunities

• Ability to bring innovative solutions and contribute to the company's growth

Work Schedule:
• 5/2
• 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
