Job Details
We’re looking for someone with fluent English (IELTS 8+) and Russian to join our team and work directly with our U.S. truck drivers.
Tasks
- Talk with drivers every day and build a good relationship with them.
- Listen to their concerns and help solve problems.
- Be the bridge between our dispatch team and drivers.
- Make sure drivers are getting good communication and service from our team.
- Follow up on issues and make sure nothing gets overlooked.
- Help us improve the overall driver experience.
Requirements
- Fluent English (IELTS 8+) & Russian and strong communication skills.
- Friendly, patient, and easy to talk to.
- Comfortable speaking with drivers on the phone every day.
- Responsible and good at solving problems.
- Trucking/dispatch experience is a plus, but not required.
