Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Driver Relations Agent / Driver Support Specialist to support U.S. truck drivers and help resolve the issues they face during their work.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in dispatch, recruiting, safety, fleet, ELD, or other logistics operations
Strong spoken English and confidence communicating by phone
Calm, patient, and professional approach under pressure
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organized and reliable
Logistics experience is required
Previous Driver Relations experience is not required
Responsibilities:
Build trusted, professional relationships with drivers
Listen to driver concerns and investigate each situation
Coordinate with Dispatch, Safety, Payroll, and other departments to resolve issues
Provide drivers with clear and timely support
Follow up on open issues until they are fully resolved
Maintain professional communication with drivers throughout the process
