Tasks
- Build trusted relationships with drivers
- Listen to issues, investigate facts, and coordinate with dispatch, safety, and payroll to resolve problems
- Follow up to ensure closure
Requirements
- Experience in dispatch, recruiting, safety, fleet, ELD, or logistics
- Strong spoken English and phone confidence
- Calm, patient, and professional under pressure
- Organized and reliable
- Logistics experience required; driver relations experience not required
