We are looking for an experienced Driver Recruitment Specialist with strong knowledge of the U.S. driver market and some management skills.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in driver recruitment
English: B2+ mandatory, C1 preferred
Deep knowledge of the U.S. driver market
Strong understanding of lease and owner-operator models
Some management skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Responsible and result-oriented approach to work
Responsibilities:
Recruiting drivers for the U.S. trucking market
Working with lease and owner-operator candidates
Communicating with driver candidates throughout the recruitment process
Explaining available opportunities and conditions
Managing candidate information and following up with applicants
Supporting and coordinating recruitment processes
