Position Overview

We are looking for a Driver Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working with potential candidates, and be able to manage the recruitment process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential candidates.

• Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries.

• Recruit and communicate with driver candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain professional communication with applicants and provide necessary information regarding recruitment procedures.

Requirements

• Advanced English language proficiency.

• Advanced Russian language proficiency.

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work with candidates in a professional manner.

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
