Tasks
- Recruit and onboard CDL drivers
- Process driver documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate drug testing, MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse checks
- Maintain driver qualification files and compliance records
- Work closely with Safety and Dispatch teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking recruitment, driver onboarding, or transportation operations
- Knowledge of DOT compliance, MVR, PSP, and FMCSA regulations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
