Job Details

Position: Driver Recruiter / Operations Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking recruitment, driver onboarding, or transportation operations.

  • Knowledge of DOT compliance, MVR, PSP, and FMCSA regulations.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Gender: Any.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard CDL drivers.

  • Process driver documentation and compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate drug testing, MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse checks.

  • Maintain driver qualification files and compliance records.

  • Work closely with Safety and Dispatch teams.
