Position: Driver Recruiter / Operations Coordinator
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 2 years of experience in trucking recruitment, driver onboarding, or transportation operations.

Knowledge of DOT compliance, MVR, PSP, and FMCSA regulations.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Gender: Any.
Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard CDL drivers.
-
Process driver documentation and compliance requirements.
-
Coordinate drug testing, MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse checks.

Maintain driver qualification files and compliance records.

Work closely with Safety and Dispatch teams.
