Job Details
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive, and detail-oriented Female Driver Recruiter to become part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding qualified drivers for U.S.-based Box Truck and Sprinter Van operations.
Requirements
- Female
- At least 1 year of experience in driver recruitment, preferably within the Box Truck and Sprinter Van industry
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Ability to manage recruitment processes independently
- Experience recruiting for the U.S. trucking industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
