Requirements
- Experience: 1 Year Minimum
- Ability to speak English and Russian fluently
- Will be responsible for finding Owner Operators and company drivers Leads from all types of platforms such as Facebook Indeed etc.
- Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
- Maintain and update drivers' records
- Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards
- Able to use all types of platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong experience and Russian language are a must
