Job Details
A trucking company is looking for Driver Recruiters to join its team. Candidates with 2–3 months or more of experience are welcome, but beginners can also apply — training will be provided.
Requirements:
English — Advanced level
IELTS 7+
Good communication skills
Responsible and motivated
Age: 19+
Female candidates are preferred
Previous recruiting experience is an advantage, but not required
Responsibilities:
Communicating with potential drivers
Providing candidates with information about available opportunities and company conditions
Following up with drivers throughout the recruitment process
Collecting necessary information from candidates
Maintaining clear communication with candidates
Supporting the driver hiring process
Conditions:
Candidates without experience will receive training
Salary will be discussed during the interview
Office-based work in Tashkent
