Responsibilities
- Source & hire qualified CDL A drivers (full cycle: sourcing → screening → onboarding)
- Maintain pipeline & achieve hiring targets (4–6 drivers/month, consistent follow-ups)
Requirements
- Strong sourcing skills (job boards, referrals, social media, cold outreach)
- Ability to sell the job (pay, routes, benefits)
- Organized record-keeping (CRM or tracking systems)
