Source and attract active and passive candidates through various channels.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.

Manage candidate pipelines and track onboarding progress.

Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements and hiring goals.
Requirements:

Experience: 1+ year.

Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition; experience in the logistics/trucking industry is a strong plus.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Self-motivated, organized, and proactive mindset.
