Responsibilities
- Call incoming CDL driver leads
- Qualify drivers against company requirements
- Enter data into CRM & spreadsheets
- Refer qualified candidates to Hiring Manager
- Use HR tools: CRM, Excel, ATS
Requirements
- English B2+
- Strong communication skills
- Result-oriented and persistent
- Comfortable with high-volume phone calls
