Driver Recruiter

We’re Hiring: Driver Recruiter. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team and focus on hiring drivers.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in driver recruitment or logistics hiring
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Proven ability to source candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels
• Experience screening candidates, conducting interviews, and evaluating qualifications
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-volume hiring

Schedule

• On-site only (office-based, no remote work)
