Position: Driver Recruiter. Location: Nurafshon Street Tashkent. Experience: Min. 1 year. Salary: Fixed + bonus. Shift: Day (17:00-02:00 UZB). WORK (onsite) - no remote.
Responsibilities
- Source Owner Operators and company drivers via platforms (Facebook, Indeed, etc.)
- Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
- Maintain driver records
- Utilize driver pools, leads, and job boards

- Fluent English
- Proficiency with various platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
