Driver Recruiter | U.S. Market | Expedite Division

We are looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter to join our team and recruit Owner Operators for our U.S. Expedite Division.

What you’ll be recruiting:

• Owner Operators

• Box Truck drivers

• Straight Truck drivers

• Expedite drivers

What you’ll do:

• Source and attract Owner Operators across the U.S. market

• Conduct phone screenings and qualify candidates

• Work with different sourcing channels and driver databases

• Present opportunities, pay and working conditions to candidates

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain candidate information in CRM/ATS

• Meet weekly and monthly recruitment KPIs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in U.S. trucking recruitment

• Proven experience recruiting Owner Operators

• Understanding of the U.S. trucking market

• Experience with Expedite / Box Truck / Straight Truck recruitment is a strong plus

• Confident English communication skills

• Strong sourcing, communication and negotiation skills

• Results-oriented and proactive approach
