Requirements
- Experience: 1 year minimum
- Will be responsible for finding Owner Operators and company drivers leads from all types of platforms such as Facebook, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers
- Maintain and update drivers' records
- Source drivers through pools, leads, and job boards
- Able to use all types of platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
