Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers.

Maintain driver records.

Work with driver pools, leads, and job boards.

Communicate with candidates and follow up throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:

Fluent English.

Experience with recruitment platforms.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience in driver recruitment is preferred.
