Responsibilities
- Source Owner Operators and company drivers via platforms (Facebook, Indeed, etc.).
- Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL drivers.
- Maintain driver records.
- Utilize driver pools, leads, and job boards.
- If you have your own leads that would be a big plus!
Requirements
- Experience: Min. 6 months.
- Fluent English.
- Proficiency with various platforms.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
