Driver Orientation & Compliance Specialist — Female Candidate

DOT Compliance Services is looking for two new team members to join our growing team.

No prior experience required — training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct orientation for new drivers

• Check daily inspections

• Follow up on violations until they are fully resolved

• Handle registration and IRP renewals

• Call new drivers and remind them about Amazon rules and requirements

• Maintain and update spreadsheets

• Manage DQF — Driver Qualification Files

• Make sure all required driver documents are complete and up to date

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Responsibility and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn
