Dispatcher & Updater

Working hours:
Approximately 9–10 hours per day
7:30/8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT

Days / schedule:
5 days a week

Flex Express LLC is a USA trucking and logistics company looking for a Dispatcher & Updater to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor truck operations throughout the shift.
• Keep load and truck statuses updated and maintain accurate communication.
• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and other parties involved in daily operations.
• Track ongoing loads and provide timely updates when necessary.
• Handle routine operational issues and maintain clear communication during the shift.

Requirements:

• Good spoken English is required.
• At least 6 months of relevant experience.
• 1+ year of experience as a truck dispatcher is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in the USA trucking environment.
• Ability to manage operational information accurately and stay organized throughout the shift.
