Dispatcher (Street Loads)

Salary: Highly Competitive (Excellent Pay)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Street Loads Dispatcher.

• Experience dispatching 53' Dry Vans.

• No Amazon freight experience required.

• Ability to consistently generate $14,000-$15,000+ in gross revenue per week with 3.0-3.5 RPM for solo trucks.

• Ability to consistently generate $20,000-$25,000+ in gross revenue per week with 3.0-3.5 RPM for team trucks.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maximize truck profitability.
