Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Specialist (Dispatcher) to manage Amazon Relay operations and coordinate daily dispatch activities. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take responsibility for operations, and maintain high performance standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of Amazon Relay or dispatch experience.

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Relay and load planning.

• Ability to manage multiple drivers and loads simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication with drivers and brokers.

• Responsible, organized, and stress-resistant.

• Ability to maintain account performance at an A–A+ level.

Important Notes

• Hiring an Amazon Main Dispatcher who can take full responsibility for operations.

• Experience is required; no training will be provided.

• Remote work is not available.
