Responsibilities

Managing operations for a fleet of 5 or more trucks.

Attracting and bringing in drivers for the fleet.

Coordinating drivers and supporting daily trucking operations.

Working with gross revenue of 10K+ and maintaining 2.5+ RPM in a favorable market.
Requirements

More than 2 years of dispatcher experience.

Uzbek and English language skills.

Ability to work with 5 or more trucks.
